The application is not a psychometric instrument and not a medical, psychological or professional assessment. It gives no total score, no level and no comparison between people.

• Do not use it for hiring, selection, grading, ranking or any decision about another person.
• It is not a substitute for medical or psychological help. In a crisis contact local emergency services (112 in Portugal and the EU).

Your use

Use the application for personal reflection only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or reuse its texts commercially without written permission.
