Who we are

What we store

The reflection answers, the resulting six values and your chosen language are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). They are not sent to us and we cannot read them.

• No account, no registration, no email required.
• No profiling of your answers, and no selling of data — ever.
• No psychological, medical or diagnostic assessment is produced or stored.

Audience measurement and advertising

On every visit the application loads Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) for audience measurement and advertising. They set the cookies _ga, _ga_* and _fbp and receive technical data about your visit: IP address, device and browser identifiers, the pages you open, the interface language, and the bare fact that a reflection was started or completed.

The content of your answers and your six facet values are never sent to them, or to anyone else — they stay in your browser. These providers act as independent or joint controllers for the data they collect; see the Meta privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy) and the Google privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). These providers may transfer data outside the EEA.

Our own analytics

The application also writes anonymous events about actions taken in it — a page opened, a reflection started, a statement answered, a reflection completed — to our own database hosted in the European Union. For each event we keep the fact of the action, the interface language, the country (two-letter code), the device type (mobile or desktop) and the campaign tag you arrived with, together with a random identifier that lives in your browser and is not shared with any other site.

We do not store your IP address, and we never store your answers, scores or facet values. Events are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.

Technical logs

Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. This is our legitimate interest and these logs are kept for a short retention period by the provider.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. Because your answers live only in your browser, you can erase everything yourself at any time by clearing site data, or from the profile page.

To exercise rights regarding technical logs, contact info@allportugalfacets.one. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).

Age

The application is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed at children.
